Newsletters are published four times a year. The Winter issue comes out in early February; the Spring issue in mid-April; the Summer issue in early August; the Autumn issue in early November.
Chapter members of OCHEC receive one newsletter for every five members in the chapter, sent to their chapter contact person's address. The newsletters are to be loaned or copied for distribution to their own members. Chapters may also request newsletters or newslets by email. Chapters also receive one newslet (a one-page synopsis of the newsletter) for every member of their group, which is distributed by the group contact person.
Individual members of OCHEC receive a newsletter to their home address. They have the choice of receiving the newsletter by email or regular mail.
